Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind in the charming condo, “On Island Time.” Nestled just around the corner from the vibrant downtown area, our cozy retreat is the ideal home base for your island adventures.
This spacious condo features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A maximum of eight guests are permitted. The living room features a large TV with streaming access and DirectTv cable.
Sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed and One Twin Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed
The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything to need to cook family meals. A Keurig coffee maker, ninja blender, and two crock pots are provided. The first-floor patio/deck has a propane operated grill available for use.
Guests will have access to the complex's private pool. A total of six pool passes will be provided and are required while utilizing the pool area. Pool is open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM
Other Things to Note:
Minimum booking and check-in age is 25. Events, celebrations, and/or parties of any nature are not allowed. This unit is in a multi-level building and situated on the first floor. There are about 3-4 stairs required to enter. Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM. Unit is strict non-smoking. A total of 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. Additional parking is not available. Pets are not permitted.

Great Fit for Families!
by Kimberly W.We just got back from the most amazing stay at this cozy condo on Kelleys Island, and wow..what a trip! The place was super clean, spacious, and felt like our own little home-away-from home. We had coffee provided and could sit outside every morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was stocked and perfect for our family dinners, and the bedrooms were super comfortable after long days of adventure. We absolutely will stay here again.

Our New Favorite Condo!
by Lydia PMy family and I will start making this our regular vacation spot when visiting Kelley's Island. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, and this is one of the only rentals I have stayed at on the island that provides all linen. They provided games, a huge TV with streaming, and a grill. Oh, and you can literally WALK to the downtown area in 2 minutes! We WILL be back!!

by Amanda B.Spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Large TV, cute back patio, and overall cozy. 2 Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms with plenty of room to move around. It worked well for us and we would stay here again.
