Located directly on Lake Erie. Enjoy the best lake and bay views on your own Private beach! Cedar point is a step away! This home just renovated two brand new bathrooms, has large open spaces and plenty of room for the entire family to spread out.

This large ranch has been updated to entertain! It's breathtaking views, comfortability, large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, three bathrooms and three bedrooms give your family the space you need.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds
There is a two-person pull-out sleeper sofa in the side living room.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.
