Welcome to The Washington located in the Sandusky Downtown Waterfront Area! Our newly modernized and upgraded condo unit is where luxury and comfort meet contemporary design.
This third-floor unit has been fully renovated and takes up the entire floor. This unit features a gorgeous kitchen with bar seating, a spacious living room, four spacious bedrooms, and two beautifully finished bathrooms. There is also a private outdoor balcony on the top floor with seating to hang out and enjoy the view.

There is no elevator in the building and stairs are required.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.

Literally cleaner than I can keep my own house. Perfect location to Cedar Point. Super responsive host. So appreciative. My entire extended family raved about my find. Our stay was a huge success. Gorgeous Property

The Washington is gorgeous (onsite parking & street parking) -- and we were all blown away by "Unit J" on the top floor (just make sure everyone in your group is ok with steps). It is spacious (4 huge bedrooms!) and beautifully decorated. The beds were each comfortable. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was nice. We walked to dinner, ice cream, coffee shops -- everything was close & easy to find. Our group had 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids, and all of us loved the rental & the area.
The host was also great to work with. After spending the day at Cedar Point, we got home after 10pm to fund the AC wasn't working. I messaged him and he responded immediately, sending someone out to check on things. While they weren't able to fix the problem right away, they brought a bunch of fans for each room and a portable AC unit. We appreciated how prompt and helpful they were, even late at night. Highly recommend!!
