2‑Queen Guest Room
Our Standard 2‑Queen Room accommodates up to four guests and includes:
• Two queen‑sized beds
• Screened‑in balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors
• Walk‑out patios on 1st floor

• Check‑In: 4:00 PM
• Check‑Out: 11:00 AM
• Requests for specific floors/rooms are noted but not guaranteed
• Outside food/beverages not permitted in public areas
• Early arrivals may store luggage at front desk
• Pool and hot tub: 8 AM–10 PM, Memorial Day–Oct 1 (weather permitting)

Deposit & Cancellation
50% deposit required at booking
• Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
• Cancellations more than 14 days prior refunded minus $50 fee
• Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable

Check schedules forJet Express and Miller Ferry. Boat fares not included.

• One vehicle may be parked at hotel; additional vehicles $30 + tax
