📅 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the reservation is due at booking
- Remaining 50% collected 14 days before arrival
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
- Must cancel or modify via original booking channel
- No exceptions unless booking insurance was purchased
