On the site of Explorer Rest & Recreation the week of 4/13 we started the ground moving scope in the back of the property. Bayshore Concrete and Excavating started filling the pool.
Nice shot looking Northwest with Cedar Point in the background. Inside the property Style Masters continues demo and framing while CT Electric started roughing in the building.
Pretty astounding how close we are to the beautiful Sandusky Bay!
Look how close CP SportsCenter and Sports Force Parks are! Hope to host many ballclubs at our property.
