This unique boat house is for lovers of Lake Erie, decorated with Chris Craft theme throughout, even a real Chris Craft to tour. (She doesn’t drive anymore!) The Chris Craft is the closest vacation home to Cedar Point Amusement Park.

Breathtaking home with a large yard and multiple cliff level patios on the water’s edge that lead to Lake Erie. There’s a deck on the upper level that runs along the entire back of the house and a second small patio off of the lower level with festoon lighting accessed from a sliding glass door. The lower level has a 110” projection Theatre and bar area with a second refrigerator, dining table and chairs. The lower level also has a full bath, laundry room and exercise room. Seven TVs including one on the deck. The kitchen is loaded with appliances and amenities to make your inhouse meals a breeze. We provide a Pack-and Play and a gate at the top of the stairs for the little ones.

Two downstairs bedrooms have no windows but are 10 feet from the walkout sliding glass door.
